About the Tigger Bug and Lady Bug Classes
The Tigger Bugs and Lady Bugs classes are where our 2 to 3-year-olds focus on treating others with kindness and respect, using appropriate manners and following directions. We have two classes for this age range in order to maintain a lower than mandated class ratio (6 children to 1 teacher, rather than 12 to 1). This lower ratio provides your child with more one-on-one attention and assistance. Our Tigger Bugs and Lady Bugs continue reviewing their shapes and colors while being introduced to numbers and the alphabet. We also have a special emphasis on the potty-learning process in this classroom, and children are gently encouraged to participate at their own pace and comfort level.

Shakeea “Keea” Frazier - Teacher
I joined DOT Tot in the summer of 2015. I come from a family where I’m an older sister of 13 children. I love working with children and helping them develop. This is my first teaching position and I enjoy the comfort of DOT Tot very much. The children and fellow teachers are great.
Sharlene Ignacio - Teacher
I joined DOT Tot in Nov 2021. Known as Ms. "Shar", I have many years of experience working with children and have kids of my own. I’m a very positive person with lots of fun ideas and crafts that I enjoy doing with the children. I enjoy keeping current in the childcare field by reading and attending webinars.
